VNCARRAS is not presented on this website as the vessel owner/operator and does not itself confirm the final charter, issue the statutory charter documentation or collect charter payment through the public enquiry flow.
2. Responsible charter company / operator
For yachts handled under the current cooperation, the responsible vessel operator / charter company is the entity that confirms final availability, price, charter terms, statutory documentation, payment instructions, vessel legality, insurance and operational execution. Where applicable to the yacht concerned, this includes NIREUS YACHTING I.K.E..

The VNCARRAS service is currently operated as a customer-acquisition/enquiry brand in Greece and is not represented on this website as a separate licensed vessel operator or as the party issuing the final charter contract. If the VNCARRAS legal/commercial entity changes, this notice and the website provider information will be updated before VNCARRAS accepts any new role that requires different public disclosures.
