1. What VNCARRAS provides
VNCARRAS Private Charters · Greece provides yacht discovery, matching, customer-acquisition and charter-enquiry support. It is not, by submitting this website form alone, entering into the final vessel charter contract with you.
2. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking
Search results, availability labels, yacht details, prices or budget indications shown by the website are informational and may require human/operator verification. A VNCARRAS reference confirms that an enquiry was registered; it is not a charter confirmation, reservation, invoice or payment request.
3. No payment through the enquiry form
Do not submit card numbers, bank credentials, PINs, passwords or payment information through the public enquiry form. VNCARRAS does not request such information at this stage. If a charter proceeds, any legitimate payment instruction must come through the responsible commercial/charter process and should be independently verified before payment.
4. Information you provide
You agree to provide accurate contact and charter-request information and not to submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious content. You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally authorised, to make a charter enquiry.
5. Yacht information and third parties
Yacht specifications, images, availability and related content may be supplied by the responsible operator/charter company and can change. VNCARRAS aims to present the supplied information accurately but does not independently certify vessel technical condition, licences, insurance, statutory compliance, crew or navigational suitability.
6. Intellectual property
The VNCARRAS branding, website design, text, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Yacht photographs and operator-provided materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners/licensors. Personal/non-commercial viewing of the public website does not transfer ownership rights.
7. Service availability
The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain temporary errors due to maintenance, connectivity, third-party systems or data-source issues. VNCARRAS may update or improve the service without prior notice while aiming to preserve registered enquiries and references.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, VNCARRAS is not responsible for vessel-operation matters or the performance of a charter contract handled by the responsible vessel operator, except for loss directly caused by VNCARRAS's own proven unlawful act or omission.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising.
10. Governing framework
These website terms are intended to operate under Greek law. Any mandatory consumer-protection, private-international-law or jurisdiction rules that apply to a user remain unaffected.
